We hope that every Methodist in our conference will take the time to listen to Bishop David Graves’ Episcopal Address from Annual Conference 2022. In it he shares his heart for the gospel and his commitment to the UMC. He dispels many of the falsehoods and inaccuracies about the United Methodist Church and challenges us to “lead and not leave.” Finally, he invited all of us to focus on making disciples for Jesus and reducing the anxiety in our churches by saying, “chill out and do our work.” Here is the message in its entirety:
